Richard G. Hodson

Of Counsel – Recently Retired

Richard grew up in Centralia, Illinois, where he started his legal career under the tutelage of his father and his firm .  He practiced law in Illinois during the 70’s, and in the 80’s he went on to serve as an Illinois State Court Trial Judge.  Mr. Hodson moved to Colorado in 1988 and has since concentrated his practice on Bankruptcy Law, Probate and Estate Planning.  He is dedicated to providing relief to debtors and has completed over 2,500 Chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy cases in his 25+ years of practice. Mr. Hodson joined Jefferson Legal Group, P.C. in February of 2013 and has provided a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Mr. Hodson is recently retired as of February 2015, and his practice has been merged with Jefferson Legal Group, P.C.

Beau Trotter

Beau grew up in the New Orleans area.  Like Joe, Beau attended University of Denver Sturm College of Law and joined Jefferson Legal Group, P.C. in 2014.

William Baker

Of Counsel

Will grew up in a small town named Colden just south of Buffalo, NY. After graduating from Cornell he packed up his 1992 Ford Tempo and drove across country to work at a resort in Aspen/Snowmass.  He immediately fell in love with the state of Colorado and all it had to offer, and after briefly moving to California decided to return to here to attend law school.  Like Joe, he attended law school at the University of Denver, and upon graduating with his J.D. decided to continue on (while working part-time at the firm) to obtain his M.B.A.

Nicol Day

Paralegal

Nicol is a Colorado Native who grew up in Greenwood Village.  She graduated from  Arapahoe Community College with a Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies. She is currently enrolled at the Colorado Women’s College at University of Denver, and will receive her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society.  She  joined Jefferson Legal Group, P.C. as an intern in March 2014, and since has been hired on as a Paralegal. Nicol has great customer service skills and legal knowledge.
